About Rosa

Rosa Hawkes serves as Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager in Vantage Bank’s Branch Network. She joined Vantage Bank in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of banking experience, following an earlier career in information technology in the 1990s. Rosa partners with business and consumer clients to simplify day to day banking, structure credit thoughtfully, and unlock growth through lending solutions. Her expertise spans retail and commercial banking, consumer and commercial lending, and SBA lending, with a focus on practical strategies that support cash flow, capital investment, and long term stability. Rosa earned a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston, blending technical fluency with strong financial acumen. She is registered with NMLS #909446. Community involvement is central to Rosa’s approach. She has served on the Executive Board of Directors and Board of Directors for the Sealy Chamber of Commerce, supporting local businesses and economic development. Rosa grew up in Katy, Texas, and outside of work enjoys family time, travel, and attending sporting events.
