Lisabeth Gatica serves as Assistant Vice President and Banking Center Manager for Vantage Bank’s El Paso Shadow Mountain location. Lisabeth is from Wisconsin. She brings over 20 years of financial services experience and a steady, customer-first approach to helping families, professionals, and business owners manage their day-to-day banking with confidence. Lisabeth supports a full range of personal, business, and merchant services, making it easy for clients to open accounts, accept payments, and access practical solutions that fit their goals. Known for her calm guidance, Lisabeth has helped customers navigate fraud incidents, offering clear next steps, reassurance, and ongoing support. Inside the branch, she mentors teams with SMART plans that build accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring every customer receives timely, attentive care. Before joining Vantage Bank in the mid-2020s, Lisabeth earned a VIP nomination and multiple promotions during her tenure at UW Credit Union in Wisconsin. She holds an associate degree in Finance from Madison Area Technical College and maintains NMLS certification. In El Paso, Lisabeth is eager to deepen her community involvement and serve neighbors with the same dedication she brings to her team and customers. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and running, tending to her plants, and spending time with her family and two dogs. She’s married, a proud mom of three, and a new grandmother.
