About Julie

I have over 43 years of experience in banking and finance, beginning my career in Beaumont, Texas, in 1982. After 14 years in the Houston area, I transitioned to the mortgage sector as a lender with Chatel Mortgage for 17 years. I currently serve as Vice President and Regional Banking Center Manager at Vantage Bank. For the past decade, I’ve led the Hondo Branch and now oversee operations across Hondo, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, and Refugio. I also lead our Retail Support Help Desk, driving efficiency and support across our retail network. My leadership centers on a people-first culture that fosters meaningful customer relationships and empowers staff. I’m committed to tailoring every client interaction to their unique needs, ensuring a high-touch, personalized banking experience.
