Eric Sanchez serves as Senior Vice President and Channeled Services Director with Vantage Bank’s Global Services team in McAllen, Texas. He’s worked in banking since 2003 and has been with Vantage Bank since 2006, bringing over 20 years of industry experience and nearly two decades of service to our customers and communities. Eric helps businesses navigate complex cross-border needs with clarity and confidence. He partners with leadership teams at large international private companies to manage foreign exchange risk, streamline USD and FX money movement, and align day-to-day treasury workflows with long-term goals. He also supports clients with investment considerations and insurance solutions, coordinating with specialists so you have a cohesive plan and a single, trusted point of contact. Rooted in the Rio Grande Valley, Eric understands the opportunities and challenges of operating across markets. He combines local insight with global perspective, ensuring you receive practical solutions that work in the real world. He studied at UTRGV and earned a Certificate of Banking from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence. Community service is part of Eric’s daily work. He serves on the boards of the Pharr Chamber of Commerce and McAllen Parks and Recreation, contributes to the Investment Tour Board, and volunteers as a PASOS Parent Mentor and Ronald McDonald House Communication Advocate. Outside the office, Eric is a proud dad of three. He enjoys staying active, cooking out with family and friends, and listening to music.
